Training Philosophy:
We believe that
effective knowledge transfer through education and training followed by updates and periodic evaluations promotes the most
consistent, highest quality of patient care.

We verify a prospective employee’s credentials, training, and suitability for direct patient
care through formal background investigation and skills assessment. For each new employee, our Registered
Nurse case managers conduct competency testing, orientation to each client, and specialized training as appropriate.

We
believe that well-trained employees perform at a higher level of competence and provide better patient care. We
thus make extra efforts to frequently review all clients’ cases and progress by involving the case manager, the
caregivers, and our company’s management. From these reviews we determine any training or educational
sessions that could be implemented to promote the safety of the client and the effectiveness of our care.
