RN- All of our Nurses at Professional Resource Network are caring compassionate individuals who truly enjoy the home care setting. RN’s are responsible to plan, provide, supervise and evaluate nursing care to you in your home. All Nurses are there to administer skilled interventions, and strive to assure continuity of care according to standards of care and policies as established by Professional Resource Network Home Health Care. Your nurses take the time to get to know you personally and are there when you need them. With extended hour nursing care, you can expect your Nurse to be very knowledgeable about your needs. Not only will they know your care plan, but they will also accompany you to doctor’s visits if you wish. All of our nurses have the following qualifications:
1. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota.
2. Be CPR certified
3. Holds a valid Driver’s License.
4. Excellent organizational and management skills.
5. Certification in Trach/Vent/Home auxiliary equipment or equivalent experience.

LPN’s are responsible to follow plans, provide, supervise and evaluate nursing care to you in your home. All Nurses are there to administer skilled interventions, and strive to assure continuity of care according to standards of care and policies as established by Professional Resource Network Home Health Care. Your Nurse or Nurses take the time to get to know you personally and are there when you need them. With extended hour nursing care, you can expect you Nurse to be very knowledgeable about your needs. Not only will they know your care plan, but they will also accompany you to doctor’s visits if you wish. They also stay in contact with your RN Case Manager. All of our Nurses have the following qualifications:
1. Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Minnesota.
2. Be CPR certified
3. Holds a valid Driver’s License.
4. Excellent organizational and management skills.
5. Certification in Trach/Vent/Home auxiliary equipment or equivalent experience.

Both RN’s and LPN’s are qualified to provide Skilled Nurse Visits in your home. Skilled Nurse Visits can save you timely trips to the doctor’s office by providing in home services such as:

Medication Set ups
Head to toe assessments
