Our Services

Home Making
Our homemakers are responsible for assisting you in your home with basic light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dusting, bathroom care, kitchen care, etc. Some of our employees are also able to assist with errands such as grocery shopping, medical appointments, or picking up your medications from the pharmacy. Homemaking services are flexible and can be tailored to your specific needs.
We hire individuals with care giving or housekeeping backgrounds. Training is ongoing through monthly continuing education. All employees attended an orientation and receive competency evaluations. All employees have full background and reference checks. This is to help ensure you are getting the high quality help you deserve.

Personal Care Assistant
Personal Care Assistants (PCA) are trained non-professional care givers. The duties of the personal care assistant are planned, assigned and supervised by your RN Case Manager and Staffing coordinator to meet your individual needs. PCA’s are also qualified to do homemaking. PCA’s can provide extended hours of care if needed.
Training of our PCA’s is ongoing. They must complete 12 credit hours of continuing education per year. Should a PCA not be familiar with your cares, rest assured that specialized training is provided. All employees attended an orientation and receive competency evaluations. All employees have full background checks through the Department of Human Service and reference checks.

Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistants
Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistant’s are trained non-professionals who have earned certificates in their field. HHA’s and CNA’s have specialized training in personal cares, taking vital signs, and medical equipment. Like the PCA, HHA/CNA’s duties are planned, assigned and supervised by your RN Case Manager and Staffing Coordinator to meet your individual needs. Most commonly, HHA’s/CNA’s provide visits to do personal cares, but on occasion, they may provide longer extended hours.
